Grandma's 86th b-day

On Tuesday we drove to Bay City to celebrate Grandma's 86th birthday. She is in great shape and is sharp as a tack. They live in her husband's home from childhood and it is beautiful. The girls LOVED playing with all their toys and stuffed babies. Their yard is lovely. We had a blast picking pears and watching the girls run in the yard. After we visited for a while we drove to Van Leck and ate a yummy shrimp dinner. The girls sang Happy Birthday to her all the way to her house. It was a great honor to celebrate with her 86 years of life!!!

  1. It sounds like you had fun! I wish my children (when I have them) would have been able to know my great-grandmother. You should cherish every moment your kids get to spend with her. Love ya!

  2. What do you mean by CS? I have been to the circus before. I think I went 2 years ago. I took Caylee, and she had a blast. This years circus is supposed to be the best show ever. Apparently they have made some changes that they have never done before. I am sure it will be fun.

  5. okay so what is up? you haven't BLOGGED in like a month. Well I don't have a digital camera, so I will have to take a picture with my phone, and sometimes they don't turn out so great, but I will send you whatever picture I can take, when I am completely finished. How's teaching kindergarten going? I am sure it is a lot easier for you than it is for me. Love ya! P.S. I really needed a Mary tree, hers are cuter.
