Wow, what a month!
Ryen had several doctor appointments so Mom came to help with the girls.
Ryen had to meet her new Pediatric Neurosurgeon, Dr. George. Doctor Wilson who performed her last shunt surgery retired. Before our appointment with Dr. George Ryen had to have a CT scan done. She was so brave and Grammy bought all the girls a gift from the gift store. They shopped forever!
We are very happy to announce that we have a praise report!
When we met Dr. George he told us that he was very surprised that Ryen had a 4 grade hemorrhage because she had no scar tissue. Grade 4 hemorrhage results in a lot of scar tissue. Well, I know she DID have scar tissue because that is the whole reason why she had to have a shunt. It is also written on all the reports we have! However, God is our healer and we have prayed for many years that she would have NO scar tissue and that her body works properly without the shunt! From what Dr. George has told us based on this last CT scan, our prayers have worked! God is a good God and heals EVERY TIME! Michael and I believe that we have walked in faith and we stand strong that our girls will live a life without sickness and pain! Every time we go to the brain doctor we walk out soooooo thankful for our miracle. So many of those kids have serious problems and Ryen is our miracle! We also are so happy that our girls are so blessed and healthy!
Also, she will not have to have surgery again until she is 7 or 8 years old! Yeah!!! We are so happy!

Mom and Dad took pictures of the girls for Valentines, Easter and Cami one year all at one time. They turned out adorable.
Here are some pictures from our Valentine's day.
The girls made cupcakes for the Awana Valentine's party. Amaris had so much fun passing out her cards in her class. Of course she She was so precious! They were a BIG hit!
