Back to a routine

On Tuesday, we started school again. We enjoyed our break, but are ready to get back into a routine of school. I have been watching a little boy who is Camille age and he is real sweet boy, but after much prayer we will no longer be watching him. Michael and I have decided that it is best that I not watch other peoples kids. One, we have made the sacrifice financially for me to stay home with MY children....not other peoples kids. Just having one extra child in the home takes up precious time spent with my own children who crave my attention. I want to spend every moment puring into my children my love, time and energy. I have tried so many times to work while I am at home with my children and every time God tells me "No". So, we are excited to get back to a normal life!

We have some fun things planned once Austin is not here with us! We have a cooking day scheduled with two older homeschool girls. Ryen and Amaris are looking forward to that! Ryen starts her violin lessons on Tuesday!! She is REALLY excited about learning to play an instrument. Oh, I almost forgot that Ryen got her first report card for Kindergarten and of course she made all A's. She is graded in Math and Phonics. She is tested orally and on written worksheets! She was so proud to show her daddy her report card!

Cami has been talking in sentences and telling us her colors. She told us last night, "Mommy, my shoe is red". I asked her, "where did you learn that color?" And Amaris tells me, "Mom, I taught her that color". Almost everyone knows that Amaris has trouble telling us her colors. One she either is joking around and will not tell us the right color or two, she really does not know them. So, Michael and I started asking Amaris what colors certain items were and you what she got it right every time!! So, maybe she did know her colors and just was joking around with us. Either way I am happy that both Amaris and Cami are learning their colors!!

The girls helped me cook the other night. Oh, how they love to cook! Someday I will have it made in the shade!!

I finally back to my routine too. Routines are good. I can't wait until the baby comes too. I think I am driving the lady at the agency crazy. We communicate via email. So today I emailed her a million questions. My goal is to get everything if possible finished by my last class the end of January, but because I had to order a birth certificate online, that maybe be my hold up because that takes forever to get back. I will keep you updated on the pocess. Love Ya!
