Our Fun Week

Last week was a lot of fun! I had the privilege to meet my penpal that I have know since the 6th grade! We meet through the Brio Magazine and became penpals. Bekah and her sweet family live in Wisconsin. Her husbands family lives in Austin and they came to see them this past week. It was really exciting to get to meet her, her husband and 3 beautiful children and her lovely mom. My mom and dad came with us to meet them as well. I am sure we talked their heads off. One, my family talks A LOT and two, we are so Texan. The kiddos were so sweet together and my girls adored her children. Amaris was in love with Adin and talked about him for days! Anna fit in just perfect with us as she talked up a storm to us and to everyone else she saw! She is so adorable! Caleb is a very sweet, mild-mannered, poliet little guy! I hope my girls did not smoother him to much! Their goal coming here was to spend time with his family, so our first visit was short. However, it was a lovely visit!

This next week is gonna be crazy....but fun, so I am doing the Monday Meanderings to gather my thoughts!

I am so in LOVE with Jesus. He is so awesome! I love it that He reveals Himself in His Word!

Plan Cami & Mike's b-day party
Make Reservations for our 10 year Anniv. trip...which I can hardly wait for!!

4) Train them Up:

This week we are focusing on Love. We are doing a Valentine lesson about love from a Christian perspective. We are also going to a cooking class at a friends house! Fun! Fun! Music class on Tuesday! Mrs. Jill is so awesome. She includes all the girls in Ryen lesson! They love her!


5) Menu:

Michael's parents are living with us while they remodel this new pad. So we are working together on the meals. I am not writing down this weeks menu!

6) Our Calender:

Monday
am- school, make Valentine cards to mail out
noon- mail out cards, pick up Kayla to watch girls= me clean up house
pm- Run w/ Annelisa

Tuesday
am- Bible Study
noon- violin lesson, Valentine crafts w/homeschoolers
pm- Run w/Annelisa

Wednesday
am-school
noon- Plan, prepare and pack for Awana Valentine Party
pm- Awana

Thursday- Valentine's Day
am- school
pm- something special..I don't know!

Friday
am- school
noon- cooking class with the Whites
pm- Friday Family Fun Night



One other thing, I am not sure if I mentioned this or not, but Michael got a huge raise at work and he is the 4th highest paid employee at Riata. The other 3 people are the owners! Michael has only been at Riata for 9 months! I am so proud of him and I praise God for the increase!!
