The big 6-0!!

I am so proud of my dad! He has been on a cancer treatment off and on for a year and half at least! Well, on Tuesday he has a CT scan and will it comes back clear then they will take him off the meds! He is counting down the days! He is our family hero! Not ONE time has he complained or grumbled about what he has been through. He has ONLY spoken words of faith and has confessed LONG life! He knows that he is the healed of the LORD. I am so thankful for him and my mom!
They both turned 60 this year. Mom is one day older than Dad! Here are some pictures of their birthday. We did not get to have a BIG party as Dad was not feeling well that week, but all of us girls went to visit. The pictures are from June!

Mom & Dad, I bet you think that I added this just because you signed up to see my blog. But nope! I wrote this out a week and a half ago and have been working on a draft to finish it! :) Funny huh!

Amaris' 4th Pool Birthday Party

We had a flip flop theme pool party for Amaris for her 4th birthday. This year she really enjoyed planning the party and looked forward to having her special day! She loved every single minute of it and was so happy that everyone came. We went to the Colony pool in Mimi and Papaw's neighborhood. Next to the pool that have a meeting room that we used for eating cake and opening the gifts. It seemed like everyone had a really good time!

A fun day at the dentist!

What a day today!! All three girls had dental appointments in Austin. They all had a good time. Ryen's two front teeth are wiggly. She was excited about that! Her teethe were very clean and they praised her on how she brushes them. On a scale from 0 to 18, 0 being the best, she was a 3. Amaris had her first visit today. She loved getting them cleaned and went by herself to get them x-rayed. Her scale was a 2. They said that her teeth are perfectly spaced apart. Camille also had her first visit as well. Sweet little doll face was born with 2 extra teeth in the front. I thought that it was strange that her teeth on top looked crowded and two were crooked. She had an x-ray too and cried right at the end and so the picture did not turned out. So, in 6 months they will take another to see her permanent teeth. Our visit cost $541.00, but since I have great insurance it cost me nothing today!! Thank God!! The only problem was that I forgot my camera..not batteries. They were so adorable!

We are planning Amaris' birthday. We are planning a pool party with a theme of flip flops! We got the invites. Now it is time to start planning the details. I'll let ya know!
