Farewell Beianka and Grandma Jackson...We Love you!!

Wow. What a week!! A dear family friend, Ms. Beianka Harris has gone home to be with the Lord. She was a very special lady to everyone, but especially to me! Michael grew up with her only son, Omar. I was friends with Omar as well, maybe even before Michael and I were dating. Anyways, Beianka made my wedding cake and she made it "over the top"! She did everything perfect and beautiful! She also made Michael a cherry peach cobbler his first Father's Day! Come on...how sweet is that! She fought a good fight of faith and really set the standard of excellence for us all! We will miss her deeply!!

Also, Michael's grandmother in Florida died yesterday at 4:30 pm. Yes, after the funeral, I cried all the way to Brenham, because I knew that she was on her way to heaven. I praise God that I got to meet her and show our babies to her as well. She had a very difficult and hard life! She leaves behind 3 sons. Paul her youngest son has taken care of her for years! Please pray that the Holy Spirit will comfort him in this hard time.

I did get to see my mom, dad and Randy this weekend. Everyone is doing exceptional well. Mom and Dad are walking in divine healing and Randy is praising God that Kari got the job of her dreams....making a great salary! Marriage for them is right around the corner it seems and Randy is so thrilled!

Life is good and we are happy to be in it! God is so wonderful to us! One thing that has been the theme for this week is: God gives every perfect gift from above and the devil is the one who tries to steal....as a family we have taken our stand to never let the enemy steal something that is ours as a blessing and inheritance from God. The devil is the one who comes to steal, kill and destroy and God comes to give us life and life more abundantly.

Well, I have more to post, but my bed is calling my name! Peace!
