Ryen's First Gig!

This weekend was busy and fun! On Saturday, Ryen had music practice with all of Mrs. Jill's students. They are practicing for a gig on Main St. this summer! Ryen loves the spotlight so she will be ready. She could not play all of the songs and was lost most of the time, but she pretended that she knew what she was doing. She also was the youngest kid there. I am so proud of her! Cami and Amaris did not feel that great that morning and it was a little long for them, but it was still good for them to see Ryen play music and act more mature.
Ryen is learning to read music...she looks like she is sleeping...but was not! She was so serious it was funny!! Amaris at Owens Music! She just had to wear that bow!!!
I am believing that Cami will play the piano! It would be so lovely! :)


Today Michael and I cleaned up the garage. I tried to take a picture, but my batteries died. I am so happy that it is clean. It is makes me feel good! Now, on to spring cleaning in the house!

This week I did really good on my workouts. I am really bummed that I did not run this weekend though. My tummy did not feel like running, but then this evening I realized how badly I wanted to run. I must be feeling better. Well, it was too late. I ran quite a bit and lifted weights several days with Michael. Michael is really impressed that my calves are really defined! But I wish it was that easy for my stomach!
